We are looking forward to coming together with parents and friends of the WP to support our school and make the 2025 Spring Fling a success! Here is what you can expect.
*Where is it? The event will be held at The Tall Ship Boston, 1 East Pier Drive, Boston, MA.
*When can I buy tickets? Tickets will go on sale in April.
*What time does it start? The party will kick off at 6:00 pm and go until 10:30 pm.
*How do I get to The Tall Ship? Guests may choose to take the complimentary water taxi from the Charlestown Marina. Alternatively the venue also has valet parking available for those who prefer to drive.
*How do I take the water taxi? The pickup location is at Pier 6 Restaurant at 1 8th Street in Charlestown. While there isn’t a set boat schedule, there will be three boats in rotation that evening. Each boat can charter approximately 15 guests at a time. If needed, guests can contact the captain directly at 617-504-8120 for assistance.
*Will it be outdoors? The event will be held outdoors under a spacious, weatherproof tent, ensuring comfort and protection in any conditions.
*What is included? Tickets include appetizers, entertainment, and access to the live and silent auctions. Cash bar will be available.
*What should I wear? We recommend dressing in festive attire to celebrate in style! Guests may want to bring a warm layer to stay comfortable in case of chilly weather.
*What will happen at the event? The event will begin with cocktail hour, where guests can mingle and bid on silent auction prizes. We will then hear remarks from WP Principal Michelle Davis, followed by a live auction and finally dancing.
*Can I bid on the auction if I don't attend? Absolutely! If you have a ticket to attend the event, you will receive a personalized link to bid on the auction. If you can't attend, you can still participate. Links to the online auction will be posted in the days leading up to the event.
