Questions about the event?
We are looking forward to coming together with long-time parents and friends of WP as well as those new to the school and this event! Here is what you can expect.
*Where is it? The event will be held at Tradesman at 50 Hood Park Drive.
*What time does it start? The party will kick off at 5pm and go until 9pm.
*Will it be outdoors? We have reserved the entire restaurant, which includes an outdoor patio space with seating.
*What is included? Tickets include light appetizers and a sampling of Tradesman's signature pizzas, entertainment, access to the live and silent auctions and a glass of bubbly. Cash bar will be available.
*What should I wear? We recommend dressing in festive attire - something that makes you feel great and will allow for some dancing if you choose!
*What will happen at the event? The event will begin with cocktail hour, where guests can mingle and peruse the silent auction prizes - making sure to get their winning bids in! We will hear remarks from WP Principal Michelle Davis, followed by a live auction and then dancing and dessert bar. Guests will enjoy the DJ stylings of Karson Trager from Mix 104.1, and have the opportunity to win grab bag prizes and show their support in a fun way by donating to "Fund-A-Classroom" to provide a "Spring-Fling" style event for our students as well as much needed funds for field trips and supplies.
*Can I bid on the auction if I don't attend? Absolutely! If you have a ticket to attend the event, you should receive a personalized link to bid on the auction. If you can't attend, you can still participate. Links to the online auction will be posted here in the days leading up to the event.
